Watch The Girls Gone Green every Saturday night at 11:00PM on CW's I Know Jax
|
The Girls Gone Green is very excited to begin the next venture in the TV world by hosting a weekly segment on Jacksonville's CW 17 starting Saturday, June 2, 2012. Creator and host of the local TV show, I Know Jax, Joe Talentino says, "I am happy to work with The Girls Gone Green because they understand that being green is important, but is at the same time fun." Mr. Talentino who dedicates his show to spotlighting local talent, events and happenings goes on to say, "I know this will bring a fresh, new perspective to what going green means to our audience."
The Girls Gone Green plan on bringing a wide variety of stories that embrace a green and healthy lifestyle. Julie Watkins, President of The Girls Gone Green says, "It's an honor to be asked to be a part of I Know Jax, a show that is driven by the passion of the show's producers. We hope to build on that passion and continue giving the audience a quality show that is all about the good stuff happening in Jacksonville." Through The GGG events, festivals and outreach the group connects with so many interesting people doing great things around the area. This opportunity will allow the non-profit to highlight inspiring people, ideas and events happening around us all every minute. The Girls Gone Green's mission is to raise awareness and they hope to do that in a fun way while staying true to the show's purpose of covering relevant and local topics. Reserve your spot today for The GGG Launch Party happening Thursday, June 7, 2012! Hurry because spots are limited. |
